Our mission
AVCF Employee Staff Council’s mission is to acquire and steward resources that assist employees, staff councils, and local communities in attaining a better quality of life through advocacy, education, and direct support.
We believe that helping and serving one another is part of our shared journey—and that when workplaces are healthy, families and neighborhoods are healthier too. The Council combines financial assistance, volunteerism, training, and community partnerships to improve lives across Colorado and beyond.
